A severe heat wave has returned to haunt the desert state of Rajasthan. Temperatures in all 33 districts of the state are four to six degrees above normal. Even Jaipur is now sizzling at 45 degree Celsius, six degrees above normal. NDTV met up with some citizens in Jaipur's Central Park to find out how people are battling the severe heat wave.
